Jeffrey L. Sailor, CPA, PA was founded in December, 1984 and is located in the historic district of Ocala, Florida. We serve closely-held businesses and their owners with a full range of financial accounting and tax services. Our clientele range from small retail businesses to diverse national corporations. Rather than applying a "corporate" mentality, we tailor our services to each individual client's needs. |
After earning a Masters Degree in Accounting from the University of Florida, Jeff began his professional career at Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co, one of the “Big Eight” accounting firms, where he worked on many Fortune 500 companies.
Jeff is recognized nationally as one of the top accounting and auditing instructors for continuing education for certified public accountants.
Jeff has taught CPAs in many states throughout the country through his educational company, Jeff Sailor Seminars, as well as for many state CPA societies, accounting firms and Fortune 500 companies.
He also has taught continuing education courses for other professional organizations throughout the world. He has been a presentor at several NASBA national conferences about making education more engaging.
He serves as an AICPA Peer Reviewer focusing on small firms and sole practitioner and has also served on the resource committee for the Private Company Financial Reporting Committee of the FASB.
